Relaxed body, a focused mind

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious relaxation, the space between sleep and wakefulness, where creativity and awareness reside. One experiences deep relation while fully conscious, which induces complete mental, physical and emotional relaxation. some of the benefits include

  • better memory and mental focus
  •  better sleep
  • increase of overall sense of well being

This 90 minute workshop will involve a gentle Yoga sequence followed by the guided process of Yoga Nidra, all are welcome.
