This class is not on schedule new time TBA in Fall 2020r seasoned yogis using the strength, you already have to do the hard work coxing out flexibility, and maybe new strength. Learn to use breath to help movement flow smoothly from posture to posture, from standing and balance to seated and reclining postures, even getting upside down sometimes! In this class, special attention to opening the hamstring, hips and shoulders- all the areas that sports and life take their toll on.
