Drop in class $16.00 pass of 5 classes $65.00 , pass of 8 classes $100.00, unlimited all month pass $140.00.

A few things you should keep in mind to make the most of your practice and time at the studio.

  • Bare feet only on the wood floor –take your shoes off when you come in.
  • Yoga is a time for you, to turn off the outside world. We ask that you turn your cell phone off.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to get settled in. if you arrive late and the door is locked the instructor will let you in at the earliest possible time. Find your place quietly. Take care of any paper work or payments after class.
  • Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. Avoid pant that button or zip and t-shirts that are too lose.
  • Yoga is done best on a just right stomach not hungry to distract you or full so you don’t want or can’t move.
  • Some classes use essential oils and or incense let the instructor know if you have any sensitivity to them
  • Instructors may use physical adjustments in addition to verbal – if you are not comfortable with a physical adjustment let the instructor know. Never let an adjustment take you farther than feels good. Listen to your body
